Provenance is key when we look at our ingredients, along with taste and usability during the baking process. We are extremely happy to work on a regular basis with the ingredient suppliers shown below.

Organic herbs and spices, of an extremely high quality. We use these within all our different baked goods and it really makes the difference between an average loaf and a superb one!
Fattoria La Vialla
Truly fantastic balsamic vinegar produced on this carbon neutral, organic farm in Tuscany where Alex and his family have spent many happy times. Great as part of a marinade for olives or vegetables prior to roasting.
100% Hay
Fresh fruit, vegetables, kimchi and pickled chillis! Joe from 100% Hay has over 20 years experience in growing. His market garden, a stone’s throw from the bakery, is situated on a 14 acre smallholding on the banks of the River Wye on the outskirts of the town of Hay-on-Wye.
